I bought this controller because my old one was having issues and when I used it for the first time the first thing I noticed was that it didn't have an audio jack on it like my other one and the bumpers were really hard to press. Within a week of having it I was no longer able to even turn the thing on and now I had to go back to using my old one that is very unresponsive. These controllers suck and I have never been this disappointed in Microsoft before and I have been playing Xbox for about 6 years now so I know their products aren't usually this bad. I bought a new microsoft controller for Xbox one and 31 days of using the controller the left joystick broke, like the bar the joystick sits on broke. I have my original controller that the system came with and it worked great for 2 years then the rb button broke on me.

Hence buying a new controller. Which was the worst idea I could of done. The new controllers they make are so cheaply made! They use cheap parts to build the controllers and raise the prices of them every year so they get richer. Thanks microsoft for making the new controller so crappy I'm forced to use my original controller limiting my gameplay. I have a ps1 controller for 13 years and it works still flawlessly. Thinking about just selling everything I have that's Microsoft and buying a ps4.
